Coffee Shop Manager
Cwtsh Hostel is opening a Coffee Shop and we’re looking for that special person to run it!
Bore Da Coffee Shop will be Swansea’s newest specialty takeout Coffee Shop and Creperie.
Place of work: Cwtsh Hostel, 10-14 Castle St, Swansea, SA1 1JF
Hours of work: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours per week
Rate of pay: £9.50 per hour
Holiday entitlement: 5.6 weeks paid annual leave

Skills
Applicants should be reliable and have great people skills, they should have a fun loving personality and be eager to engage with customers. Applicants will be provided with all the training required to perform at their best at the Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate would have barista and a food safety experience. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
Role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Coffee Shop:
Barista duties
Food preparation
Organising bookings, trips and activities
Supply ordering and inventory tracking
Accounting and bookkeeping
Cleaning and maintenance
